Frank Queen has been representing clients in real-estate matters for four decades. In recent years, he was appointed to the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property Council, which is the statewide 35-member leadership group for North Carolina’s two thousand real-estate lawyers.
His work lately has focused on commercial and lender-related real estate transactions, mostly facilitating financing for projects. When developers need assistance after a project has begun, his experience is valuable in charting a new course.
Frank is often called upon to act as the local counsel where the project’s leaders and lenders are outside the area. His knowledge of local conditions and local officials helps keep projects on track.
